With over 30 years of experience in the culinary arts, Chef Jean-Pierre brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to our kitchen. His innovative dishes and commitment to excellence have earned GourmetDelight numerous accolades and a loyal following.
His culinary journey began in Lyon, France, where he trained under renowned chefs at some of the city's most prestigious restaurants. He then honed his skills in Michelin-starred establishments across Europe before relocating to New York City to pursue his vision of creating a truly exceptional dining experience. Chef Jean-Pierre’s philosophy centers around respecting the integrity of ingredients and allowing their natural flavors to shine through. He believes in creating dishes that are both sophisticated and approachable, offering a delightful culinary journey for every palate.

Isabelle Moreau
Sommelier & Restaurant Manager

Born and raised in Bordeaux, France, Isabelle developed a love for wine at a young age. She studied oenology and viticulture before embarking on a career in the hospitality industry. Sous Chef

Originally from Paris, Antoine trained at Le Cordon Bleu before gaining experience in some of France’s most respected kitchens. He moved to New York City with a desire to learn from Chef Jean-Pierre and contribute to the vibrant culinary scene. Antoine is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and delivered with consistency. He also manages the kitchen staff and assists in training new team members. Antoine’s dedication and expertise are essential to the success of GourmetDelight.
Sophie Dubois
Pastry Chef
