Chef Dubois's culinary philosophy centers around sourcing the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, often from local farms and purveyors. Our sommelier, Isabelle Moreau, curates an extensive wine list featuring both renowned labels and hidden gems, perfectly complementing our menu. Our restaurant’s interior was designed by renowned architect Jean-Luc Picard. Picard drew inspiration from New York City’s art-deco history, pairing modern sensibilities with classic lines. The result is an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
